  • Participatory Research

    ReCAST will initiate many community participatory activities. Below is a list of participatory efforts, please select options you are most interested in joining.
  • A community-based approach to research in communities that emphasizes participation and action. It seeks to understand the world by trying to change it, collaboratively and the following reflection. Community members may participate in evaluating data and information, administering surveys, co-facilitating focus groups, and co-lead community information sessions.
  • Advisory Committee

    The ReCAST advisory committee includes stakeholders, community providers, youth leaders and community members. The purpose of the committee is to help drive the work forward through developing goals and strategic planning. The advisory committee also participants in building partnerships, developing collaborations and community engagement.
  • Planning Sub-Committee

    The planning sub-committee is similar to the advisory committee; however, the planning efforts are focused on specific areas of ReCAST. There are four sub-committees:

    The ReCAST Learning Institute will several learning and education opportunities on various topics included Trauma-Informed Approach, Non-Violence Interventions, Restorative Practice and Mental Health Awareness.
